This little corner of the internet was created for busy women who need a little more me-time and a little less pressure. I believe creativity can be a form of self-care, a chance to slow down, enjoy the process, and make something beautiful without feeling overwhelmed.

At Hawg Wild Designs, I share a wide range of creative passions through junk journal kits, printables, paper crafts, handmade décor, and projects designed to inspire women to create in a way that feels fun, meaningful, and doable. Whether you’re a beginner or someone who has loved crafting for years, my goal is to help you feel excited to create.

This business is also part of a much bigger personal dream. As I move closer to retirement, I’m building something sustainable that allows me to share my creativity, connect with others, and create a life rooted in purpose. Every order, every visit, and every bit of support helps me continue building that dream, one that is handcrafted with heart and shaped by the many creative talents I’ve been blessed to enjoy.

But Hawg Wild Designs is more than a shop.

It is also deeply tied to the memory of my granddaughter, Raelyn, our beautiful “Rae of Sunshine.” Her joy, kindness, and light continue to inspire so much of what I create. In her honor, I also want to help spread awareness about type 1 diabetes, because knowing the warning signs matters. Common symptoms can include being extremely thirsty, using the bathroom more often, unexplained weight loss, unusual fatigue, blurred vision, increased hunger, and in children, even sudden bed-wetting after being dry. These symptoms can appear quickly, and early recognition can make a real difference.

So when you shop here, you’re doing more than buying a product. You’re supporting a dream, encouraging a creative life, and helping keep Raelyn’s light shining in a meaningful way.
